Marrs to face former club in early crunch match

Brighton host Gillingham in May 2014Brighton’s new manager James Marrs is in line for a quick reunion with the club he left last month after his new team were pitted against Gillingham in their second Premier League fixture of the new season.

Marrs, who led the Gills to second place in last season’s competition, took over the Seagulls just a couple of weeks after the end of the campaign.

His penultimate game in charge of the Kent side was at Brighton on May 11. Now the two South East clubs renew rivalries with a lot of added spice in the fixture. Continue reading
